The sunsets were the best. such bright colors. pinks, yellows, oranges, we tried not to miss one :)
Hanging out, chatting, catching up on all the details of life. It was strange to be able to just sit and not worry about schedules, sports, cleaning, running kids around..etc. It was perfect.
awww. 2 of my favorite people. Dad and Ashlyn. At nights, the boys would go fish. They caught over 3o. (and let them go.) Bear lake was super high and full of fish :)
kids games! we all took a day and organized games, dance offs, little talent performances. The kids loved it! We had a great time dancing around to all the tunes..etc.
oh I love this pic. my dad. or grandpa. Reading children stories off his ipad. He was so darling with all the grandkids. He played with them every day, read them stories, would help with all the kids. we just love Gpa Brown

Mace and Carson just loved the water. they loved hanging out together. It was so great for my kids to bond with all their cousins again. I hope they keep that connection forever
I would wake up early and run every day. We would go on walks at night. TY, Amber and my mom the day we were leaving. It was a beautiful sight.
I really love this week we spend with my family. Obviously with our move to CO, this trip means so much to us. I had a fabulous week with them. So great to spending morning, noon and night. We fished, we waterskiied, we played at the lake, we went to the shake shack, we went on walks, we skipped rocks, roasted smores, played games and sat and watched the sunset. what a dreamy week. we ended the week with a ping pong tournament that lasted hours and went till almost midnight..the champion..BRETT! My Ry lost to Brett. wow what a fun night. thanks mom and dad!
It was hard to say goodbye to everyone all at once..a bit overwhelming. But I feel so lucky to have my family. and Ry's too. We have a fabulous network of support and love. thanks everybody. Now off to our little CO life! we love it, now come visit! any of u! :) (we will see mom and em tomorrow and amber next week!)
