Summer saturdays.

I love summer Saturdays.

Today: Summer Saturday had Ty and Ry put up the play set with

4,978 pieces of wood.....ouch!

(it was hot. 90 degree heat!)

Really.

3 boxes full of wood.

NOTHING already put together....

Ty is the best to come help Ry cause he is great with building things!

We couldn't of put this wooden puzzle swing set together without him!

Then our summer saturday took us to AShlyn's swim meet at the Secret Pool.

Lovely day for a meet.

The whole fam came to support her.

She did great--post later!

wahoooooo. go girl Then our summer Saturday took us back to the

Secret Pool.

The boys had to cool off from sweatin' in the sun all afternoon, so we

went with the Larsen clan to the P O O L.We can never seem to get enough of the blue blue water and sparkly

Summer Saturdays.

Then summer Saturday lead us to the Cuz's coming to hang out!

Little Jackson goes home to Germany in a week.

I am suuuure going to miss his dang cute chubby cheeks

Then lastly, Summer Saturday lead me to some decorating.

While the boys were out building the play set, I did some finishing touches.

My cute lil' chicken inspired me to finish the shelves in my kitchen

I hauled down to cold storage and pulled out my deco's.

Lovely reds, browns, greens, and butter rum yellow.....

I like it. I think.
I will have to sleep on it.

( it desperately needs some color! I know.. soon, soon)
I have come to think Summer Saturdays are the BEST.

They just seem to fly by.....
I wish we had more than 3 left.
Seriously not having competitive sports has been great!
No tournaments, no practices, no games.
I think this has been one of the G R E A T E S T choice we made for summer.
(don't worry football, basketball, soccer, and swim team start full-time in 3 wks.)
B UT we have played together every single day....
Every single, summer, sizzling moment.

now off to dinner with the honey.
WE are exhausted from all of our lovely Summer Saturday adventures!
