H A L L O W E E N

Before the fun, we had the lesson: The 13 articles of Faith: Our core basic beliefs of our church.
Kids favorite: the 13th! Why? Jake said it has all the "good things" in it....
Here you go:

"We believe in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and in doing good to all men; indeed, we may say that we follow the admonition of Paul-We believe all things, we hope all things, we have endured many things, and hope to be able to endure all things. If there is anything virtuous, lovely, or of good report or praiseworthy, we seek after these things."
The kids read each one and took them to heart. It's a great reminder for them to understand what we believe in and (try!) to live every day.

Fabulous. On to the fun:

We C O L O R E D the pumpkins to stay fresh and next week we will C A R V E them for the B I G N I G H T!

Halloween. Halloween. Halloween. Halloween. Halloween. . Halloween. Halloween. Halloween. Halloween.

Do your kids ever fight. You seem to have this perfect life. Looks like lots of FHE fun. We love carmel apples here. Do you carve the pumpkins when it gets closer to HALLOWEEN. Love this month. Good job hard working mama.

Carving is so over rated.
Unless you use fake pumpkins. They stay fresh for YEARS, you know!?

Looks like your Halloween FHE was fabulous! (Especially with a little win from the Dolphins!)
Good Job Lady!

Um Robyn you are so correct in every way. Carving = pain.

and

as soon as FHE was over, my house was sooo crazy in the man cave with that magical win from the Miami Dolphins! The boys were so so so so happy. It was a party all night! xo

Your night looked very fun. I am still sick from the carmel apples we made on Saturday, not to mention I almost burned down my house. You do such cute things with the kids. Lexi and Jake are excited to be twin vampires for Halloween. So cute!

I have nothing more to say.
